What does the "All Inclusive" entitle you to?
Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, all beverages and snacks. Alcohol, wine and sparkling wine can be ordered by the glass but are not included by the bottle. Motorized and non motorized water sports such as, Aqua Finn Sailing, Windsurfing, Hobie Cat Sailing, Tube Rides, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Knee-Boarding, Waterskiing, and Wakeboarding.

What airport should I fly into?
Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is located 90 minutes from Windjammer Landing. George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU) is located 20 minutes away.
Do you offer transfers to and from the airport
We will happily arrange private transfers from either airport. The private taxi transfer from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is $85 each way for up to 4 people, each addition person $21. The private taxi transfer from George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU) Airport is $25 each way for up to 4 people, each additional person is $6.
Where are you located?
Windjammer is located on the Northwest end of St. Lucia in Labrelotte Bay. Located 20 minutes from Castries, 15 minutes from Rodney Bay, restaurants, grocery stores and 30 minutes from Soufriere.

Is your Jacquot Club Free?
Yes, it is complimentary for children 4-12 for daily supervised activities. For children 4 and under our nanny service is available starting at US$10 per hour.
Do you allow Pets?
Deposits and Cancellation Policies
We take a required a 3 night deposit to secure a reservation. Your balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation policy: 14 days during low season (May - December 18), 21 days during the high season (January 9 - April 30). 45 days during the holiday season (December 19 - January 8)
Appropriate attire is a form of courtesy that creates a pleasant ambience for all our guests, both day and night. Please help us maintain the high standards which exist at our unique resort. For dinner at the Upper Deck, Dragonfly Restaurant, Papa Don’s Taverna and Jammer’s, we kindly suggest that:
Gentlemen wear trousers and shirt with collar
Ladies wear blouses, skirts, dresses or trousers
Tailored shorts Bermuda style are also acceptable; however, they must be knee length. Bare feet and bare backs are not allowed in public areas on the resort after 6:00 pm. We thank you for helping us maintain our standards.

Can I walk to the shopping area off property?
Yes, but it is recommend you allow us to arrangements for you to take a taxi, as there are no side walks for pedestrians.

Yes, we have complimentary on-site parking.
Do you have smoking and non smoking rooms?
All rooms are non smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Do I need a Visa to Travel to St. Lucia?
