Where is Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort located?
Our resort is located in the northwest of Saint Lucia in Labrelotte Bay. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from Rodney Bay, 20 minutes from Castries, 45 minutes from Marigot Bay, and 90 minutes from Soufriere.

What are the passport requirements for someone wishing to travel to Saint Lucia?
For travel to Saint Lucia, passports must have an expiration date greater than six (6) months from the date of return from Saint Lucia. 

Do I need a visa to travel to Saint Lucia?
Please check with your country’s requirements for the most up-to-date information.

What airport should I fly into?
Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is located 90 minutes from Windjammer Landing. George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU) is located 20 minutes away. 

Do you offer transfers to and from the airport
We will happily arrange private transfers from either airport. The private taxi transfer from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is US$85 each way for up to 4 people, each additional person is US$21. The private taxi transfer from George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU) Airport is US$25 each way for up to 4 people, each additional person is US$6.  Guests can also book transportation directly with Windjammer Taxis.

What is the required reservation deposit and what is the cancellation policy?
We require a three (3) night deposit to secure your reservation and your balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation policy: 21 days prior to arrival during the high season (approximately January 9 - April 30), 45 days prior during the holiday season (approximately December 21 - January 8) and 14 days prior during low season (approximately May 1 - December 20).  Please note that these dates may vary a bit from year to year.  There are instances where your deposit may be non-refundable which you will be advised about at the time of your reservation.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM.  

Do you have complimentary Wi-Fi for guests?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire resort, even on the beach!

Do I need to bring adapters for my electrical needs? 
While the standard electrical power on the island is 220 volts with UK-style electrical outlets, Windjammer Landing has 110 volts throughout the resort with North American-style outlets.

What is the currency exchange rate?
The exchange rate is approximately $2.65 Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC) for 1 US dollar.

What does the "Premium All-Inclusive Experience" entitle me to?
The Premium All-Inclusive Experience includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages by the glass. Motorized as well as the non-motorized water sports including windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, tube rides, kayaking, knee-boarding, waterskiing, wakeboarding, pedal boating, paddle boarding and snorkeling are all complimentary to you.

Is there a dress code at the resort? 
The atmosphere at Windjammer Landing is comfortable, relaxing and casual.  We do, however, have some requests for restaurant attire.  In the daytime, please wear shoes and either a bathing suit cover up for women or a shirt for men when dining in Dragonfly, Jammer’s Restaurant and Bar and Embers.  After 5:30 PM when dining in Dragonfly, Upper Deck or Papa Don’s, shoes, skirts, trousers, dress shorts or dresses are requested for ladies and shoes, trousers, or dress shorts, and collared shirts for gentlemen.  No hats please.  Jammer’s Restaurant and Bar is a more casual dining option for happy hour and dinner though shirt and shoes are still required.

Do you have nightly entertainment?
Yes, some of the best on the island!  We have live entertainment every evening as well as during Sunday brunch at the entertainment gazebo by the main pool.  Every Tuesday night following the Manager's Party by the main pool and after your dinner plans, you will be entranced by the high energy performance of the very talented limbo dancers and fire eaters at Jammer's Restaurant and Bar located beachside.

What kinds of activities are there to do at the property and on island?
There is a wide array of activities offered at the resort for all ages including water sports, fitness and wellness classes, beach games, special events, as well as island tours by land and by sea.  Please see the Resort Activities page for more details. It’s a great way for teens to meet other teens and for adults to make new friends! View a sample weekly activity schedule.

Do you have a club for kids?
Yes!  The Jacquot Fun Club (JFC) is designed for kids from 4-12 years of age and is open daily from 10 AM-4 PM, and from 6:30 PM-10 PM.  This is the place kids want to be!  Most daily activities are complimentary although there is a small charge for some.  Look here to see a sample schedule of weekly activities. For children 4 and under our babysitting service is available starting at US$15 per hour for the first child and $US3 for each additional child.  All Jacquot Fun Club team members as well as babysitters are certified in CPR and early childhood development.

Can I walk to the shopping area off property?
We recommend that you take a taxi as the road you would walk on does not have sidewalks.  Shopping malls and grocery stores are located in Rodney Bay about 15 minutes away.  We also have a few small souvenir and clothing shops at the resort as well as a mini mart for basic groceries and sundries.

Do you have parking for a rental vehicle?
Yes, we have complimentary on-site parking available and an on-site vehicle rental company for your convenience.

Do you allow pets?
No.

Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Are you an environmentally friendly hotel?
Yes. We are Green Globe Certified.
