Is my personal information protected?
Yes. The Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort maintains strict PCI compliance protocols that ensures all our guest’s personal information is transmitted, processed and stored in a secure environment.
Is a visa or passport required to travel to your resort?
Visas are not required from U.S., Canadian or UK citizens for travel to St. Lucia. However, a valid U.S. passport is required. For citizens of other countries, please contact the airline you are traveling for information on entry / visa requirements.
Do I have to check my passport before I travel?
All travellers will need a passport valid for at least 90 days following your departure date from Saint Lucia. However, we strongly recommend traveling with 6 months validity on your passport at all times.
What is the currency exchange rate?
The exchange rate is approximately $2.65 Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC) for 1 US dollar. We also accept most major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX,DISC) at the front desk, all on resort restaurants, gift shops, mini-mart and the spa. We also accept cash at all outlets including the front desk. Upon check in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card to be placed as security on their room, suite or villa. The purchase of optional services from resort outlets, including, Jammin’ Tours activities, Spa services, Mini-mart purchases and restaurant purchases will be done by signing all charges to the guest's room folio. Purchases at the duty-free souvenir and jewellery stores, which is not operated by the resort, are to be done by credit card or cash. If you are planning to travel off resort for shopping and leisure, we recommend bringing some cash along as some local vendors do not accept credit cards. The US dollar is accepted throughout the island, however, take note you may receive change in the local currency. You may also wish to want to carry small bills to tip luggage attendants at the airport and taxi drivers outside of the resort.
Are guests allowed to keep the luggage at the resort after check-in or check-out?
Yes, the resort provides storage facilities for guest luggage after check-in or check-out if needed.
Is the resort pet friendly? Is there a pet fee required? Are there any facilities for pets available?
Yes, the resort is pet friendly. Dogs of up to a maximum of 50 lbs (medium size dog) are allowed. A pet fee of $100 USD per day would be applicable for guests travelling with a pet. This fee includes deep cleaning charges, a dog bed, water bowls and dog treats. Please note that dogs must be on a leash at all times whilst at the resort. Please note that dogs are not permitted in our restaurants or at the Spa. It is recommended that guests check with their airline carrier on rules and regulations for travel with their pet.
Is smoking allowed at the resort?
Smoking is not permitted in the common areas at the resort or in guest rooms, suites or villas.
Are there free wi-fi services?
Yes, complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the resort, even on the beach!
Do I need to bring adapters?
Yes, adapters are required for appliances using voltages other than 110V AC (North American Standards).
Is there a dress code at the WJL?
The atmosphere at Windjammer Landing is comfortable, relaxing and casual.
For daytime restaurant attire, men are permitted to wear shorts, jeans, t–shirts or polo shirts and shoes (this includes flip flops). Women when wearing a bathing suit are required to wear a bathing suit cover up and shoes (this includes flip flops).
For evening time restaurant attire, shoes, skirts, trousers, dress shorts or dresses are permitted for women. Men are required to wear shoes, trousers, or dress shorts, and collared shirts. Hats are not permitted.
Is WJL accessible for people with health conditions or impairment?
Due to the natural landscape of the resort, Windjammer Landing is not wheelchair friendly and may require visitors to walk on uneven terrain or use stairs to move about the property.
Are any stores available at the resort?
Yes, there are a number of stores available to the including: Crazy Al’s, Harry Edwards Jewelers and Ocean Drive.
Where is WJL located?
The Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort is located in the northwest of Saint Lucia in Labrelotte Bay. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from Rodney Bay, 20 minutes from Castries, 45 minutes from Marigot Bay, and 90 minutes from the Hewanorra International Airport.
How do I get here?
The Windjammer Landing Villa Beach resort is located a mere 4.7 km away from the George FL Charles Airport and 60 km from the Hewanorra International Airport. To get to the resort, we recommend booking your private airport transfers with us.
Does the WJL offer shuttle services?
Yes, complimentary on resort shuttle services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What are the available transportation options?
The resort provides on site taxi transfers at an additional cost. Taxi fares from the Windjammer Landing to Rodney Bay would cost approximately US$16.00 each way for 1-4 passengers. Taxi fares from Windjammer Landing to Castries would cost approximately US$25.00 each for 1-4 passengers.
How do I confirm my booking?
Guests who have booked accommodations at the Windjammer Landing Villa Beach resort will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours confirming the details of the accommodations booked.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you have booked directly with us, we have a very flexible cancellation policy. Reservations scheduled to arrive between January 3, – December 18 can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival and incur no penalties.
Reservations arriving during our Festive Season (December 19th – January 2nd) can be cancelled up to 90 days prior to arrival and incur no penalties.
Any guests who have booked using a third-party travel provider should contact them directly should their reservation need adjustment or cancellation.
Will I be charged when making a reservation?
At the time of booking, a deposit totalling 3 nights stay will be charged. The balance becomes due 14 days prior to your arrival day.
What are the available payment options?
We accept most major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX,DISC) as well as wire transfers for accommodation payments. For on resort payments, cash is also accepted.
Are there any discounts for groups?
Group discounts are possible based on the total number of accommodations required as well as the travel date. Our dedicated Groups and Events team are thrilled to discuss available options.
Is there a minimum stay policy?
The minimum stay policy for reservations scheduled to arrive between January 03 - December 18 is one (1) night. The minimum stay policy for reservations scheduled to arrive between December 19 – January 02 is seven (7) nights.
Can I make changes to my booking?
If you have booked directly with us, yes, you are able to make changes to your booking. Any guests who have booked using a third-party travel provider should contact them directly should their reservation need adjustment.
Can I add extra services to my booking?
Yes, the hotel offers a plethora of extra services that can be purchased including, private candle lit dinners, birthday celebration packages, tours and excursions, spa experience and private chef services to name a few.
What is the price range for accommodation?

What time do guests need to check-in and checkout?
Check-in time for guests commences at 3pm. Check out time for guests is 11am.
Can I upgrade to an all-inclusive plan, once accommodated?
Yes, you can upgrade your accommodation reservation to our premium all inclusive meal plan at an additional cost. Should the premium all-inclusive meal plan be added on, it must be done for a minimum of 3 nights for all villa occupants.

When booking accommodation, what other services are included?
Complimentary breakfast and complimentary wi-fi are included in all accommodation bookings.
Does each bedroom have a private bathroom?
Yes. Our resort includes a private bathroom for each room type. Room types with multiple bedrooms feature one bathroom per bedroom for example a Two-Bedroom Oceanfront Suite has two bathrooms.
Do room villas have air conditioning?
Yes, all villas have air conditioning.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in accommodations booked.
Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available. For guests who have booked the Breakfast Inclusive accommodations, room service comes at an additional charge. For guests who have booked the premium all-inclusive accommodation, room service is included in the all-inclusive. A delivery fee of US$7.00 is applicable.
How often is housekeeping done?
Housekeeping is issued to all guest’s rooms once daily.
Do guests have access to the swimming pool?
Yes, guests have access to all on-resort swimming pools.
Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Are there any events at the resort?
Yes, the resort offers a wide range of daily and nightly events for both adults and children, to ensure your Windjammer experience is nothing short of stellar. Daytime events include Hummingbird yoga, aqua aerobics, bocce ball tournaments, St. Lucia cooking classes and more! Are there any activities to book at the resort?
Yes, our Jammin’ Tours team are readily available to assist with booking a wide array of fun filled activities including horseback riding, day and evening sails, zip lining, whale and dolphin watching etc.
Are there any activities designed especially for kids?
Yes, our Jacquot Fun Club is tailored specifically to the need of our young guests. Children ages 4 – 12 years old can enjoy activities such as treasure hunts, banana boat rides, story time with Jacquot, pyjama parties, puppet making, Pirate nights, talent shows and so much more.

Yes, water sports and diving are available for guests. Non-motorized water sports are available to guests on a complimentary basis.

Yes, room service is available to all guests, however, comes at an additional charge to guests who have booked breakfast inclusive accommodations.

Premium all-inclusive dining means our guests can enjoy unlimited a la carte selections in our seven unique restaurants offering everything from elegant hillside dining to more casual tropical tastes beachside. Premium all-inclusive dining also covers all get top-shelf premium liquor at all resort bars.
