The $100 USD resort credit is per reservation based on a 7-night minimum stay and can be used at the spa, the food and beverage outlets or Jammin Tours. For stays between December 19th 2025 - January 2nd 2026, 3 nights of the total amount of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount is due on October 1st 2025. Blackout dates apply and (December 19th, 2024 – January 2nd, 2025). Discounts vary per season and some room categories are excluded. An accommodation levy of $6USD will be assessed per guest (12 and up), per night. Certain seasonal menu items have a surcharge and are marked accordingly on our menus. Wines and Alcohol by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package. A supplementary charge may be applicable for top shelf spirit brands and premium wines by the glass. Cancellation Policy - For stays between March 29th - December 18th, 2025 cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, a 3-night cancellation penalty applies. For stays between December 19th - 25th, 2025 cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations within 90 days, 100% cancellation penalty applies No shows are subject to full cost of stay penalty.
