Terms and conditions — Booking deposit: 3 nights of the total amount of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount is due 7 Days prior to arrival. Certain seasonal menu items have a surcharge and are marked accordingly on our menus. Wines and Alcohol by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package. Cancellation Policy - For stays between January 3rd - December 18th, 2023, cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, a 3 night cancellation penalty applies. Reservations booked during the Festive Season (December 19th, 2023 – January 2, 2024), cancel 90 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% total stay cancellation penalty. No shows are subject to full cost of stay penalty.
